SHIPPING

Ordinarily, SHOJO Tonics orders are despatched within two business days, and shipping usually takes 2-5 days, depending on location. This can be affected by circumstances such as extreme weather conditions and pandemics.  Customers are notified when their order has been shipped and tracking is available on most orders.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

If you receive faulty goods, and let us know within seven days of delivery, you may request a refund or replacement product.  Replacement products will be shipped at our expense.

Faulty goods include any goods which are damaged or defective, or delivered after their “best before” date.  SHOJO Tonics will not accept a returned product where, in its opinion, the product is not faulty or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

If you receive the wrong product or incorrect quantities, and notify us within seven days of delivery, we will ship, at our own cost, the goods and /or quantity required to correct the error.

 

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about your order, you may request a refund if, within 14 days of delivery, you return the goods unused, unopened and in the same condition in which they were received. They must also be in the original packaging and you must also provide your order or receipt number.

In the case of a Change of Mind, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

RETURNS

To return goods, customers should mail them to: PO Box 154, Lane Cove, NSW, 1595, Australia. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Customers shipping goods over $75 should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. SHOJO Tonics does not guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

REFUNDS 

Once returned goods are received and inspected, SHOJO Tonics will notify the customer that the product has been received and advise whether a refund is approved or otherwise.

Where refunds are approved, a credit will be applied to the customer’s credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
